Ambassador Eniola Cole is a globally recognized advocate for women and youth, driven by purpose, faith, and a relentless commitment to solving deep-rooted social problems. She is the founder and president of The Billaeon Group, a dynamic conglomerate focused on democratic governance, farming and exportation, real estate, and rural development—especially among women, persons with disabilities, and orphans.

An accomplished scholar, she holds a Master’s in International Relations and the Media from the University of Essex, UK, and a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication from the University of Jos, Nigeria. Ambassador Cole is also a UN ECOSOC Youth Ambassador, with global influence in youth development, civic participation, and sustainable impact.

Ambassador Cole’s personal story is a testament to divine healing, transformation, and destiny. Her genotype miraculously changed from SS to AA—an experience documented in her ‘Faith in Action’ Book Series, which includes:

The Billaeon Movement: Mentorship, Empowerment, and Legacy

Through her mentorship platforms and initiatives such as the “Raising Young Women” project, Eniola has empowered hundreds—and now aims to empower 1,000 young women in civic leadership and entrepreneurship. These young women will gain leadership experience, be mentored by global thought leaders, and be celebrated at the exclusive Billaeon Billionaires Conference.

In celebration of Juneteenth, her team is organizing empowerment and cultural events in Abuja and Lagos, featuring art, African heritage, and impactful health drives like free sanitary pad distribution. These events are open to the public via bit.ly/BILLAEON3.

Her Path, Her Purpose

Ambassador Cole’s upbringing shaped her into a resilient leader. Losing her mother in 2009 gave her compassion for those who experience loss. Her passion is fueled by real challenges—poverty, poor governance, and societal inequality.

She launched her work from the University of Essex, rallying international support to host events featuring global leaders like Dr. Kate Anolue and Hon. Dr. Abike Dabiri-Erewa. She built on this momentum by volunteering at IRI and working with IFES Nigeria, where she honed her expertise in electoral systems and youth-focused governance projects.

Vision for the Future

Ambassador Cole is poised to launch new business partnerships, technology tools, and support platforms. Her goal is to help at least 500,000 startups become sustainable, while tripling her current 100 million+ turnover within a year.

As a Youth Ambassador in Politics, each day brings a new creative opportunity: launching apps, planning smart shelters for the homeless, building communities of faith, and using AI to spread the Gospel.
